The 7-story building, designed by architect Martin Kohlbauer, features a spacious, glass-covered atrium and stands as a modern, well-equipped office building at one of the most prestigious addresses in Belgrade. The rentable office area spans approximately 8,000 square meters, offering the option for individual and cellular offices.

Each floor can be divided into four independent rental areas, with access provided through the central stair tower. Three elevators serve the building, with one accessing the two garage levels. Security is ensured by a centralized access control system on the ground floor. Despite the unusually high quality standards for Belgrade (with some products imported from Austria), the construction costs were significantly kept below the European average.
