45 Years of VASKO+PARTNER
Everything from a single source. In 2021, Vasko+Partner celebrated its 45th anniversary – unfortunately without guests due to Covid-19, but with a fantastic team, excellent business partners, and challenging projects.

Biology Center, University of Vienna – St. Marx
The new Biology Center of the University of Vienna was built on a site of approximately 12,000 square meters along Schlachthausgasse in St. Marx. V+P, in partnership with Backhaus Liebner, was responsible for the general planning.
2019
Campus Berresgasse
With the Education Campus Berresgasse, a high-quality location for playing and learning was created for around 1,100 children. The design was created by PSLA Architekten.

Weltmuseum Wien
Weltmuseum Wien – one of the world‘s most important ethnographic museums – was completely redeveloped. Architecture: Hoskins Architects Exhibition design: Ralph Appelbaum Associates Lighting and media equipment planning; instrumentation and control systems; drawings, specifications, and documentation for building permission application; building services design; construction site supervision including services under the Austrian Construction Work Coordination Act (BauKG): Vasko+Partner

RHW.2
With the RHW.2 Raiffeisenhaus extension, Vasko+Partner sets the bar high for follow-up projects: the office building generates more energy than it can consume. The architectural design is by Atelier Hayde Architekten, Architektur Maurer.

Overall refurbishment of Austrian Parliament Building
Vasko+Partner presents several versions for the overall refurbishment of the Austrian Parliament Building. After an EU-wide multi-stage tender procedure, V+P is contracted for project control services.

Campus WU
Six buildings, five architectural teams: Vasko+Partner, acting as Generalkonsulent, coordinates the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) Campus project.

GENERALKONSULENT
Vasko+Partner establishes the term Generalkonsulent to refer to its multi-disciplinary team of consultants and the holistic concept which they pursue and which allows for projects to be executed in one go from design to completion in close interchange with architects.

Building Services Engineering
Vasko+Partner strengthens its competency by introducing building services engineering as a discipline into the company and thus secures its reputation as an esteemed partner of numerous architectural and planning offices.

Vienna State Opera
Structural engineering know-how for the Vienna State Opera: Vasko+Partner is responsible for the stage boxes at the Opera Ball.
1976
Wolfgang Vasko founds firm of chartered construction engineering consultants
In 1976, Wolfgang Vasko founds his firm of chartered construction engineering consultants with offices in Eisenstadt and Vienna and a focus on structural engineering. Shortly thereafter, building physics and construction management are added to the company's core competency.
