City Tower Vienna

The "City Tower Vienna" property is bordered to the south by the Große Marxerbrücke and to the east by the Markthallenbrücke. To the north, it adjoins the Federal Computing Center, and to the west, the Finance Provincial Directorate.

The office building is divided into a 28-meter-high, 8-story base section and an 87-meter-high, 25-story high-rise tower. In total, there is approximately 22,780 m² of rental space available. The four basement levels consist of storage space (3rd and 4th basement floors) and a public garage (1st and 2nd basement floors).

The high-rise tower with the twisted head is framed by two base building structures, each with 7 upper floors that match the height of the surrounding development. The two main entrances of the building are located at the junctions of these building components, leading to a central entrance hall.
