Eurovea International Trade Center
Central Europe's most modern mixed-use center emerged on the banks of the Danube in Bratislava. Spanning over 200,000 m², it offers office spaces for companies, a shopping gallery, a hotel, a casino, a cinema, river-facing apartments, and a riverfront park.
The riverside district, planned by Ballymore, expands and enhances the city of Bratislava towards the Danube, presenting a vision for a country that, as a new member of the European Union, is embarking on new horizons.
The design, a collaboration between leading architectural firms Bose International, ReSpect from Slovakia, and Murray Olaoire from Ireland, envisions a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood with high-quality architecture and public spaces that connect and unite the immediate surroundings.
