Secondary School Zwentendorf

After demolishing the gymnasium, the classrooms above it, and the adjacent building complex along the church square, the existing main school building will be extended with an addition at this location. Together with the adaptation and renovation of the existing structure, it will form a new school complex.

The new construction features a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with a ventilated stone cladding made of rough-cut natural stone in the upper section, while other areas are equipped with an external insulation system facade or large glass facades.

Inside, the walls will be plastered, as well as the ceilings in the common areas. Suspended ceilings will only be installed in the restroom areas and partially in the corridors.
