Vasko+Partner, together with the architect team room8, is responsible for the conversion of the former office building located in Kelsenstraße, in the third district of Vienna, on behalf of the Soulier Group. 663 serviced apartments have been developed as part of the project. The extensive renovation works on the 13 upper floors are being carried out using a tower crane, which was installed on the roof of the building due to limited space conditions.
