PALLADIUM, Náměstí Republiky 1, Prague

The construction project "Palladium" is located in the city center of Prague at Náměstí Republiky 1. The size of the property is approximately 13,500 m², including the historically protected existing buildings, the Riding Hall, and the Barracks.

The block development of the property is interrupted by the existing building of the also historically protected St. Josef Church.

The historical facade of the Riding Hall is intended to be restored, and the Barracks building will be partially preserved and reconstructed. The northern and southern wings, as well as all other above-ground buildings except for a historic residential structure, will be demolished.

The concept of the new building integrates with the historically protected structure. In levels -3 to -5, approximately 889 parking spaces are planned, while the next 4 levels (-2 to +1) will house retail and service areas. Level +2 will feature gastronomy and entertainment zones, and levels +3 to +5 will offer flexible office spaces with associated amenities.

A section of the square, Náměstí Republiky, will be excavated to create an underground area. This will connect the "Palladium" project with the Náměstí Republiky subway station.
