The first construction phase of the Business Park Wien Süd comprises a multifunctional building with office, service, and small storage usage, as well as two garages. The building consists of up to six levels, which are accessed through four staircases.

The foundation is done through a pile foundation. The load-bearing structure consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton with solid stairwell cores and additional bracing through massive wall panels. In level 5 of the building, below the reinforced concrete flat slabs, there is a bridge structure. This structure rests laterally on the buildings and a row of columns, and centrally on a wall panel. The exterior walls consist of reinforced concrete parapet beams and are partially executed with external thermal insulation and partially as ventilated metal facades.

Open to all industries The second construction phase of the Business Park Wien Süd consists of a 13-part building complex with up to 6 full floors, each connected to one another through bridge-like structures above the access and exit points to and from the loading docks. This commercial property includes storage areas, offices, service areas, as well as two garages and an open parking deck.

The foundation is done through a pile foundation. The load-bearing structure is a skeleton construction with precast reinforced concrete columns and beams. Precast concrete floor slabs with additional cast-in-place concrete are used as floor slabs. The staircases are constructed as bracing elements in cast-in-place concrete.
